Is there more than one DS Pro plan?
No. Every operator gets the full DS Pro platform. You only choose how to pay for it: Flex (guest booking fee) or Scale (fixed subscription).
How does the Flex fee work?
Flex ranges from 3% to 6% per booking, applied to the guest at checkout or paid by you. As your annual booking volume grows, the percentage drops.
How is Scale billed?
Scale starts at $199/month with no booking fees. Annual plans get the best rate; final pricing is based on your annual revenue.
What about payment processing?
Card processing runs through your own Stripe or PayPal account. Their standard fees are separate from DS Pro.
Do I need DS Pro to buy a domain or email?
No. Domains and email hosting can be bought on their own, and they connect to DS Pro automatically if you use it.
How are web design and hosting priced?
Every website is different, so we quote web design and hosting for your project. These fees are separate from your Flex or Scale DS Pro pricing.
How is email billed?
Email is priced per inbox, per year. Add more inboxes any time at the same plan price.
